What are your pergola sizes in your factory?
Standard size:3*3m,3*4m,3.5*4.5m,4*4m,4*5m,4*6m.Special sizes with big quantity can be negotiated.
What is your pergola delivery time in your factory?
Our regular delivery time is 15-30 days for normal order quantity.
It is subjected to our final confirmation for big order more than 100 sets.
Are your pergolas easy for end user to install?
yes.This is an easy to assemble DIY product, and we can provide installation videos.
How long is the warranty period for your product?
Please provide the accurate size and quantity of the required aluminum louver canopy. We can provide you with detailed quotations and free design solutions according to your requirements.
What is your terms of payment ?
Payment<5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small orders?
If you are a small wholesaler, no problem, we want to grow together with you, and our minimum order quantity is one set.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
